cup parkay (butter)(parkay makes the best and has to be sticks)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
2 tsp sugar & 2 tsp cinnamon

Mix together thoroughly butter, sugar, and eggs.   Sift together dry ingredients. Add to first mixture.  Chill Dough at least 30 minutes in freezer.  Form into balls the size of a walnut.  Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture and place on slightly greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400* until lightly brown, but still soft.
